Kageshwori Manohara Municipality, Kathmandu


JCI Manohara is a non-profit, non-governmental voluntary organization; a membership-based NGO working in Kageshwori Manohara Municipality since 2016 for developing the leadership skills of young men and women of this country. With the motive to do social welfare for the benefit of the society. At that time, the local administration was also not paying interest in such issues. The youth were inspired by the creed which said, “That faith in god gives meaning and purpose to human life and that service to humanity is the best work of life.”​

JCI Manohara is organization of young active citizens age 18 to 40 working in kageshwori Manohara Municipality since 2016 for developing the leadership, personality and entrepreneurship skills of young people of Kageshwori Manohara Municipality. Jc. Jagat Raj Dhungana is the founder President of JCI Manohara.

This chapter is an wings of JCI which is operated and affiliated with the National Organisation Member (NOM), Nepal Jaycees named JCI Manohara as Local Organisation Member (LOM).

Our Chapter are engaged and committed to creating positive impact in our communities. JCI Manohara gathers young active citizens from all sectors of society. They develop their skills, knowledge and understanding to make informed decisions and take action in our communities.
